The DecSoft App Builder IDE Welcome page are loaded when the program start and provides to you with the latest news of DecSoft Utils, like new releases of DecSoft App Builder.
The IDE Welcome page is loaded by defuult when the program start. If you can't see it, because you close the Welcome page panel before, you can show it again by using the Menu -> View -> Welcome page.
